Gone are the days of unsightly loose threads and pin holes of sewn blinds, the latest in blind manufacturing technology is used, all our blinds are sealed together using ultra sonic welding!

 

Cleaner and Seamless Appearance:
Welding creates a seamless and clean appearance on the blinds because there are no visible stitches or seams. This can result in a more modern and polished look.

Welded seams are often more durable than sewn seams. The fusion of materials through welding can create a stronger bond, reducing the likelihood of fraying or separation over time.

Here at Vertical Blinds Slats - We only use the most precise manufacturing and fabric cutting techniques. Our machines are accurate to +/-3mm which is more accurate than those made exclusively by hand. As well as being significantly faster, meaning you'll be waiting a lot less time for your new blinds to be hanging in your window!
